Help-U-Sell now offer Property Owners rental packages together with its current Seller and Buyer Options.

Help-U-Sell has recently launched it's newest offering to Property Owners and Investors, called Help-U-Rent. Help-U-Rent offers landlords a professional and reliable service in finding the right tenants for their property and thereafter, full management of the property.
 
We understand that every landlord is unique and therefore offer three options for you to choose from. Our fees are very competitive, whatever your choice of service may be, as we believe in giving our customers good value for their money.
 
Help-U-Rent is also part of the Help-U-Sell system and all our offices share their buyers and potential tenants within the group enhancing your chances of getting a tenant and even a buyer for your property if you choose to sell someday.
Option 1

R500 Inclusive upfront, once of fee.
 
This Option Includes the following:
 
Your Property will be listed on no less than 14 Websites.

You will receive the following with this package:

  • TO LET sign board with your phone number.
  • Rental Package which includes two rental contracts.
  • Snag list for Tenant
 
 
Option 2

6 % Plus VAT (of total rental contract amount) Placement Fee.
 
This Option Includes the following:
  • Weekly Advertising
  • Website advertising
  • Reference Check – ITC
  • Previous Landlord check
  • Employment Verification
  • Salary checks
  • Signing of Lease Agreements
  • Collection of First Month’s Rental and Deposit
  • Inspection and Handover
Option 3

6% Plus VAT (of total rental contract amount) which includes all the services under Option 2; PLUS
 
7.5% Plus VAT monthly management fee of monthly rental amount from the second month.
 
This Includes the following in addition to Option 2 Services:
  • Collection of Monthly rent/water/electricity
  • We deal with all account queries and maintenance issues.
  • Once Rent is collected, we;
  • Pay your levis
  • Deduct our Management Fee
  • Pay the balance into your account
  • Send you a monthly statement
