You will receive the following with this package:
- TO LET sign board with your phone number.
- Rental Package which includes two rental contracts.
- Snag list for Tenant

Option 2
6 % Plus VAT (of total rental contract amount) Placement Fee.
This Option Includes the following:
- Weekly Advertising
- Website advertising
- Reference Check – ITC
- Previous Landlord check
- Employment Verification
- Salary checks
- Signing of Lease Agreements
- Collection of First Month’s Rental and Deposit
- Inspection and Handover

Option 3
6% Plus VAT (of total rental contract amount) which includes all the services under Option 2; PLUS
7.5% Plus VAT monthly management fee of monthly rental amount from the second month.
This Includes the following in addition to Option 2 Services:
- Collection of Monthly rent/water/electricity
- We deal with all account queries and maintenance issues.
- Once Rent is collected, we;
- Pay your levis
- Deduct our Management Fee
- Pay the balance into your account
- Send you a monthly statement
