Help-U-Sell AUAS Sours to Greatness
Since the launch of Help-U-Sell AUAS in Windhoek eleven months ago, they have only gone from strength to strength. With the property market on a downturn both in Namibia and South Africa due to interest rate hikes and the implementation of the NCA, Help-U-Sell AUAS founded themselves with a difficult task ahead. “Help-U-Sell was a new entity in the market and you can imagine our anxiousness as we saw the months pass with very few transactions or none at all, at the same time concentrating on marketing and branding, resulting in money being spend all over and not generating any immediate sales” says Marius Prinsloo, principle and owner of Help-U-Sell AUAS. This has proven to be money well spend. Only eleven months later Help-U-Sell AUAS is ranked as one of the top ten agencies in Windhoek with regard to brand awareness.
Recently Marius Prinsloo of Namibia received an award for generating business in excess of N$ 2,000,000 for First National Bank in their “Make Your Move” campaign for 2007/2008. “We are very proud of Marius and what he has been able to achieve in such a short period of time.” says Robert Stevens, Director of Help-U-Sell Real Estate. “Help-U-Sell AUAS has grown from zero sales per month no more than ten months ago to completing 7 deals in April 2008”, Stevens adds.
Help-U-Sell is a full service Real Estate Company who charges consumers a Set Fee for services rendered instead of the traditional commissions. Owners have the option of doing their own show days and in the process save more money. In essence the more involved the seller the more they save. Help-U-Sell has been around for over 30 years in the United States and has over 900 offices globally. |
