According to Help-U-Sell South Africa Manager, Marno Nel, the national website will be rolled out in several predetermined phases, the first of which was launched last night. Its focus is on the franchise opportunities available in South Africa, referencing the large scale success of the Real Estate group in the USA, where Help-U-Sell is acknowledged as the fastest growing real estate franchise company.
 
Help-U-Sell has partnered with Real Estate Technology company, Entegral Technologies, to design, develop and host their range of Internet services. This includes the development of a national website, franchise websites, email account management, hosting, internet marketing, design, support and search engine optimization services.
 
Adriaan Grove, managing director from Entegral Technologies, commented about the second phase of the Help-U-Sell website. “The Focus will be on advanced property search features being made available to the public to greatly assist in the process of property acquisition”. Help-U-Sell will also benefit from the international exposure provided by the MyProperty website, with property listings fully integrated and available the moment it is loaded onto the Help-U-Sell management system.
 
Entegral has worked closely with the Help-U-Sell International Head Office to fully understand the unique business model of Help-U-Sell (there is no regular estate agents commission charged on the sale of a property) as to better implement this model into the South African website and management system.
